Meet Todd Frank (Manager, Field Service) who celebrating his 28th work anniversary on March 16th!!! Todd started out with Stoffel Equipment Company, which merged with Associated in 2023. Question: What is a moment where you were recognized for great performance? Todd: "When I was a technician, I built relationships with several customers that would specifically ask for me when calling in service calls. Those relationships are what I miss about being on the road as a tech. ."

Meet Mitch Labuda (Corporate Manager, Continuous Improvement) who has been with Associated since January 2018! Question: What were the deciding factors that led you to join Associated? Mitch: "At the time I applied to Associated, I was working for a very large, global 3PL company. While I enjoyed my time with this organization and gained an immense amount of experience and knowledge from a Continuous Improvement standpoint, I felt like a very small fish, in a very large pond. Because of this, I was looking for Continuous Improvement positions with smaller companies as I wanted to land somewhere that had and promoted a family-like culture within the organization. I was also looking for an organization that was really wanting to move forward in their Lean journey as well. After my interview at Associated, I felt as though I found the perfect place to land and luckily, I was offered a position."
