"I love working in our industry--material handling and logistics. This industry is growing rapidly and our customers are continually investing to better meet the demands of their customers. Instead, co-workers go above and beyond to help each other and find answers to help each other out. Bottom line: we all work towards ensuring the customer is taken care of. 🌟𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦! 🌟 Last week we hosted our first New Employee Bootcamp, where our newest team members gathered at our headquarters in Addison, Illinois to learn more about Associated. Several of our department leaders gave presentations about their respective departments. As part of the event, we had a tour at a customer facility and a dinner to get to know all our new employees.

Our Team Lead Council recently met in Addison to work on improvement opportunities for our technicians and to conduct Leadership Training. Afterwards, the team enjoyed an evening at K1 Racing doing some indoor Go Kart racing.
