ATL is participating in this year's Career Jam at the Watertown Fairgrounds on May 21, 2026, from 8:00AM - 2:00PM. This is a one-day hands-on event for 8th grade students to show them what careers are available right here in the North Country! Every year, students from Jefferson, Lewis, St. Lawrence, Oswego and Oneida counties participate, and we look forward to this event every year. https://www.jeffersoncountyny.gov/departments/EmploymentTraining/CareerJam The following ATL staff will be on site to answer any questions and help students prepare for future careers:
Throughout April, ATL’s Watertown office came together to collect personal hygiene products in support of the Covenant Food Pantry, which serves families across Jefferson County, including the Fort Drum community. The pantry currently operates two Saturdays each month, with the ability to expand hours as needs grow. Its mission is simple but vital: ensuring no one in Jefferson County has to choose between food and basic necessities. ATL’s NDT Specialist Carlos Santiago's passion for giving back to his community helped inspire this effort. Thank you to the entire Watertown team for making this first Personal Hygiene Drive such a success. Your generosity and commitment made a real difference for families in our community!

Levi Smith, based out of ATL’s Binghamton office, won the “Thank God it’s the Last Friday of the Month Contest (TGILF)”. He won Bose QuietComfort Headphones. The contest originated from an idea that was placed on an ATL employee Idea Board to give away prizes to employees periodically. The TGILF contest was developed to give all employees a chance to win every month. Employees are encouraged to place ideas that will improve the company, their division, or position. Congratulations Levi!

Last Wednesday, April 22, 2026, was National Administrative Professionals’ Day, which was a time to recognize the invaluable contributions of those who keep our offices running efficiently each and every day. It celebrates administrative support professionals and the essential role they play in our organization’s success. At ATL, we’re proud to have a talented group of Administrative Professionals across our 11 offices. Their work is vital to achieving our goals, and their consistent dedication to supporting both our employees and the organization makes a significant difference. Thank you for all that you do!
ATL was proud to support this year's 34th EnviRun, a 5K race for the environment held on Saturday, April 18 at Niagara Falls State Park on Goat Island. Organized each year by the Niagara Frontier Section of the Air & Waste Management Association, the EnviRun celebrates Earth Day while raising funds for meaningful environmental initiatives across the Buffalo-Niagara region. The event concluded with a lively post-race celebration featuring awards by overall placement and age group, along with food, drinks, and live music. It was a wonderful day to support environmental efforts, celebrate Earth Day, and enjoy the scenic beauty of Niagara Falls State Park.
Heart disease impacts lives every single day—did you know it remains the leading cause of death in the U.S.? It also claims more women’s lives than all forms of cancer combined, and congenital heart defects are the leading cause of infant deaths related to birth defects. With that in mind, ATL was proud to support the 2026 North Country Heart Walk to raise funds and stand together against heart disease. On Saturday, April 18th, our Watertown team joined the American Heart Association at Jefferson Community College. Events like this help fund lifesaving research, train people to respond in cardiac emergencies, and celebrate survivors—all while bringing communities together. Every step—and every contribution—helps save lives.
