Big moment for Bath Fitter! We’re proud to be recognized in the Risk Mitigation category at the 13th Annual Wheels Results+ Fleet Performance Summit, alongside 300+ organizations. Together with Wheels, LLC, our teams brought a data-driven approach to fleet safety, with real impact on driver behavior, visibility, and cost control. This one belongs to our Fleet, HR, and Safety teams 👏
At Bath Fitter, we believe investing in our communities is one of the most meaningful ways we can make a lasting impact. Recently, our Springfield team supported the Dolly Parton Imagination Library through a fundraising effort led by Shipping Team Lead Brandon Stagner, a member of the 2026 Robertson County Leadership Class. Each year, the Leadership Class selects a charitable organization to champion, and this year's class chose the Imagination Library, which provides free books to children around the world. In addition to individual employee contributions, Bath Fitter proudly donated $500 to support the cause. Together with donations from the community, nearly $9,000 was raised to help put books into the hands of young readers. We are incredibly proud to share that Bath Fitter has been recognized as a Top Workplace in Tennessee for the eighth consecutive year. Recently, our Springfield, Tennessee team gathered for Employee Appreciation Day, an opportunity to recognize and celebrate the people who contribute to Bath Fitter's success every day. The event included games, a cookout, team activities, and plenty of opportunities for employees to connect and enjoy time together outside of their regular responsibilities. Meet Omar Hastings, our shining star 🌟 at BFU205 in Broward, Florida! For over nine years, Omar Hastings has put smiles on customers’ faces by installing showers and tubs. His strong work ethic ensures that he rarely needs to go back for a service job on any of his installations. Kathryn Vienneau, Administrative Coordinator for the branch, echoes this sentiment: “Omar’s work ethic and customer service is unmatched. He does impeccable work, and he’s so knowledgeable that he helps everyone, even me!” Adam Wright, a fellow Installer, highlights Omar’s positive attitude. “He’s consistently positive and optimistic. Even on tough days, just a few minutes talking with Omar changes my mood. And he regularly lends a hand to his colleagues.” Todd Bradeen, Branch Leader at BFU205, praises Omar for his professionalism and team spirit. “He takes pride in his work and is a consummate professional. He’s the ultimate team player and volunteers for tasks. When we had demo units to set up and needed people to be here at 5:30 a.m. on a Saturday, Omar was the first to volunteer.” No matter what the situation is, Omar’s smile and positive attitude brightens up everyone’s day.
Led by Branch Leader Bob Beauchamp, our West Palm Beach team revamped the bathroom for the Taylor family, local residents facing unique challenges. Brian Taylor, courageously facing the obstacles of multiple sclerosis, required a specially designed walk-in shower to significantly improve his daily living experience.
