As a general manager, Kordell emphasizes teamwork, communication and a strong work ethic as important attributes for success. "I'm not looking for the smartest people as far as tech specs, but people that enjoy working with customers and their peers," he said.
Throughout Payge’s 11-year journey from seasonal store employee to human resources business partner at a distribution center, she’s received strong support from her leaders.
