Our associates and residents went all out for Halloween this year, and it was a blast! From spooky decorations to creative costumes and games, our team made sure to celebrate the occasion in style. The most exciting part is that this is just a glimpse of the fun and creativity our team brings to work every day. At Brightview Senior Living, we value collaboration, innovation, and a positive work environment. Our Halloween festivities are just one of the many ways we make sure our associates and residents feel valued and are able to enjoy fun-filled activities.

In addition to building more internal pathways for growth and development through our BADGE (Brightview Associate Development Growth & Engagement) program, Brightview has worked continuously to form partnerships with local colleges near our communities. Through these partnerships, we hope to introduce new students to careers in senior living and recruit them to join Brightview upon graduation. As one of our many newly formed Brightview clinical partnerships, first-semester nursing students from Coppin State University in Baltimore did a clinical rotation in our Memory Care unit, Wellspring Village, at Brightview Rolling Hills. Another group of students will be starting in a few weeks. We thank both our Brightview Team and our student participants and look forward to expanding these types of opportunities in the future!
