Professional Development Day – Our Educators Growing Together 🌟 Educators across Cadence Education schools nationwide recently dedicated a day to growth, collaboration, and skill-building during our annual Staff Professional Development Day. This valuable time allowed our teams to enhance their teaching strategies, engage in meaningful collaboration, and enjoy some fun team-building activities—all while strengthening their shared commitment to excellence. In addition to professional development, we placed a strong emphasis on safety training practices, ensuring that we continue to provide a secure, nurturing environment for every child in our care. Here are a few snapshots of our teams coming together, learning, and growing!

Our Operations Team had an unforgettable time during our Cadence Day of Service in Central Texas! Giving back to our schools and supporting our incredible educators is at the heart of what we do – and we had a blast doing it! We surprised our teachers at Cedar Park with root beer floats, put up a brand-new banner to brighten the space, and best of all, spent time reading in classrooms with the students. Seeing their joy and excitement made our day! The next morning, we headed to Sunrise Montessori, where the fun continued! 🎉 We cooked up a delicious breakfast to show appreciation for our hardworking teachers. To add an extra touch of warmth, we also decorated the school lobby, bringing a little extra cheer to their space! Both schools were amazing hosts, and we’re so grateful for the opportunity to connect, serve, and make a difference in our schools. Moments like these remind us why we do what we do, and we can’t wait for the next Cadence Day of Service!

That's why our partnership with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital holds such a special place in our hearts. Together, we’re making strides to help children and families facing the unimaginable. This year, through the incredible generosity of our team members, families, and friends, we’ve raised more than $450,000 for St. Jude — bringing our lifetime contributions to over $2,000,000! 🎉 One of the highlights of this past year was our Trike-a-Thon event at the School Support Center, where we pedaled with purpose and raised an amazing $22,002 for this life-changing organization. 🚴‍♀️💛

Last week, our CEO, Leigh-Ellen Louie, had the incredible opportunity to speak at the SHIFT Childcare Leaders Conference in beautiful Santa Barbara, hosted by HINGE Advisors. Leigh-Ellen addressed an audience of more than 500 early childhood education founders, sharing insights and inspiration on Women in Leadership. Her presentation highlighted the unique challenges and opportunities women face in leadership roles, particularly founders in the early childhood education sector. With her passion for empowering others and her experience leading Cadence Education—a company committed to nurturing young minds and supporting families—Leigh-Ellen encouraged the next generation of leaders to embrace their seat at the table, to use their voice, and to be kind. We are proud to see Leigh-Ellen representing Cadence Education on such an impactful platform and grateful for her leadership and dedication to shaping the future of early childhood education.

🌟 Cadence Day of Service 🌟 Our COO, Tammi Rice, and her incredible team recently spent a day giving back to our school communities—and what an amazing day it was! 💙 From making a delicious breakfast and decorating the teacher break room at our Springhill, TN location to reading stories dressed up in costumes, the team was all in! They had an absolute blast supporting our teachers and students with a bit of extra love and fun. At Nolensville, the team took part in the annual St. Jude Trike-a-Thon, cheering on little riders, running laps with kids, and even treating our teachers to homemade cookies! 🍪🚴‍♀️ Days like this remind us why we do what we do - it's all about making a difference in the lives of our teachers, students, and their families. Our Kenworthy School has the recipe for success with student enrichments. The students are making their own pizzas today and gaining culinary tips from Ms. Sharon. Soccer Shots and Karate are also making moves throughout the building.
