🌟 Exciting Day at Academy for Creative Learning in Waco! 🌟 We had a wonderful time welcoming our COO, Tammi Rice, to one of our newest schools! It was such a joy to see her interact with the children and connect with our amazing teachers. The energy in the classrooms was contagious, and it’s clear that both the children and the teachers loved having her visit. 😊 At Cadence Education, it’s all about building strong connections with our schools and supporting the incredible work our teams do every day. We are thrilled to continue our journey with Academy for Creative Learning and look forward to all the bright futures we’re building together!

Congratulations to Ms. Meghan from Next Generation Children’s Center in Andover, MA for being selected as the 2024 Cadence Education Teacher of the Year! With more than two decades of experience, Meghan has demonstrated a profound commitment to educational excellence, significantly contributing to the enrollment growth at the Andover location. Under her guidance as a Pre-K teacher, the school now thrives at over 100% capacity. Her classroom, known for its fun and engaging atmosphere, remains a top choice for families, thanks to her innovative teaching methods that cater to diverse learning needs. Meghan's mastery in balancing academic development with play-based learning not only enhances her students' educational experience but also fosters a love for learning. It is my pleasure to announce Crystal Parker as the Connecticut regional teacher of the year winner. Crystal has been with our Farmington Cadence Academy Preschool for 8 years as our lead pre k teacher. Crystal builds strong relationships with her children and families. She creates such a welcoming environment to children and also meets each child where they’re at. Crystal upholds our promise to our families, she provides parents with peace of mind, by giving the children in her care an exceptional education every fun filled day in a place as nurturing as home. A: My favorite part of my job is seeing those around me successfully grow and develop in their position within the company and being part of that process. In addition, I love seeing how happy the children are to come to school and the rapport that I build with the teachers, administrators, and families. Q: How do you make sure you and your team live the Cadence promise, mission, and values? A: I can honestly say that the Cadence promise comes very naturally to my team. Each person on my team has worked their way up to the director’s role from the classroom and really takes pride and ownership in what they do. Each one of them is a student at heart and loves to learn more, so they can do more. Every day this is demonstrated through their interactions with the children, their families, and the teachers. We consistently walk through situations on how we are going to approach them to ensure they are being done professionally and empathically.
