After years of midterms, weekly assignments, group projects, and final exams at university, adjusting to the “real world” may seem overwhelming. In this blog, Scott Sampson provides tips for ensuring a smooth transition from school to life at CRA.

Out of the classroom and into the office: Adjusting to life at CRA
All of us at CRA are feeling the impact on our professional and personal lives from the COVID-19 pandemic. Every community is developing its response to its circumstances, but our collective experiences and willingness to support each other is a powerful and reassuring force. At CRA, we have focused on the wellbeing of our people and providing them with a foundation of stability and safety. We have asked our colleagues to work from home, with access to infrastructure with the same capacity and security as they had available at their office desks. This has allowed us to service our clients and achieve progress with social distancing. We are taking every step available to support our colleagues, clients, and friends. Please reach out to any CRA colleagues if we can be of assistance, whether it be with ongoing issues or with new challenges arising from the global pandemic. This is a challenge we never expected to face, but with it upon us, we are committed to supporting the needs of our personal and professional communities. We are here and ready to help.
