Stress is a normal part of life, whether it's from things piling up at work or getting an unexpected bill in the mail. Learning how to manage stress is one of the best ways to help support your ongoing mental health and wellbeing. This week was #NationalStressAwarenessDay, so we're sharing three tips on how you can try to manage stress in your life: 1️⃣ Get moving. Release endorphins and take a break from whatever is getting to you. 2️⃣ Try to relax. Deep breathing or a short guided meditation can help shift your mindset and effectively calm your nerves. 3️⃣ Eat well, feel well. What we put in our bodies can affect our moods, so try to incorporate foods that provide nutrients and stay hydrated. If you're looking for more resources or want to speak with someone about ways to support your mental health, visit csgonline.org
