We just kicked off our Conagra Culinary Impact Internship with Impact Culinary Training and non-profit food and beverage incubator The Hatchery Chicago—and our interns are taking their passion for cooking to our Conagra Brands Center for Food Design kitchen alongside our essential R&D team. They’re using their past, unique experiences in restaurants and more to further develop their skills with our chefs. Come back for more on how Nikeema and Dan are jumpstarting their careers in the food industry with us.
Our team members made a meaningful impact through our annual United For Change campaign, raising funds for United Way, the ACLU and Human Rights Watch which were matched by our Conagra Brands Foundation. These organizations are providing essential community programs that support financial stability, alleviate root causes of poverty, protect human rights and advance civil liberties for our neighbors. Thanks to everyone who used their voices and contributions to create positive change.
Our work with Chance The Rapper’s SocialWorks began in 2017 and it continues now—together we launched a new 6 week food design mentorship program for Chicago-area high school students. Selected by the organization, youth learned professional skills from our teams and developed the festive packaging for our iconic Duncan Hines Holiday Baking Kit Box. Kudos to the students for creating artwork that’ll inspire people to do some holiday baking at home, and to our employees for guiding them.

We’re working with Food Bank for the Heartland to kick off our 14th annual Shine the Light on Hunger campaign. This local nonprofit has seen a 43% increase in demand for food this year, and our Omaha and Council Bluffs community needs our support. Our goal is to raise 1.5 million meals. If you’re able to donate food, funds or time, take action with us to impact hunger.
