Last week, thousands of students joined us for a country concert at one of our largest communities, The Pier. We invited Clemson students over to our sprawling community to enjoy a live show with award-winning artist and beloved Clemson University alum, Lee Brice. While singing along to their favorite songs, students got a sense of the lifestyle and one-of-a-kind experiences we offer at our communities. Not only was this a fun and memorable night for our current and future residents, it was the talk of the town driving both awareness and leasing in the market. Our 2,330-bed community features cottages, tiny homes, mansions and townhomes plus incredible indoor and outdoor amenities. The Pier was the perfect backdrop for this epic event, and it’s an even more perfect place for Clemson students to call home.
We’re proud to announce our new partnership with iCapital, a global fintech leader, which has been transforming access to alternative investments for over a decade. Through this partnership, Core Spaces’ differentiated investment solutions are now available to high-net-worth individuals and wealth management firms nationwide—broadening our reach and expanding access to what makes Core unique. With our partnership with iCapital, we’re making it easier than ever for investors to tap into the Core platform—and helping bring our student housing and build-to-rent strategies to even more people and places across the country. Here’s to building smarter, scaling bigger, and doing it with great partners by our side.
2024 was a year of growth at Core. We welcomed the best talent in the industry, expanded our student housing and build-to-rent portfolios across the country, topped the charts as one of the industry’s leading developers, and hosted epic events and brand activations. Most importantly, we continued to push ourselves to innovate the way people are living. To our partners, team members, and residents…thank you for being a part of this journey with us. It doesn’t stop here. Cheers to 2025.
This Thanksgiving season, we’re reflecting on the power of giving back. Our Austin-based team recently volunteered at Safe in Austin, an incredible animal rescue ranch that provides healing and hope for at-risk, trauma-affected, and special needs children. At Core, we believe in making a positive impact in the communities we serve. Through our Volunteer Paid Time Off program, team members are encouraged to take a day to support a cause they’re passionate about. It’s an opportunity to connect with our communities—and with each other—while giving back in meaningful ways. We’re proud of our team’s commitment to creating brighter futures this holiday season and beyond.
