Staff Appreciation Week 2025 💛 This year’s celebration was truly one for the books—a week packed with gratitude, giveaways, and good times! From daily surprises like specialty coffee, fresh-baked donuts, and sweet treats, to cash drawings every single day (nearly 100 lucky winners took home prizes ranging from $50 to $500!)—we pulled out all the stops to make sure our incredible team felt the appreciation they deserve. And we wrapped up the week with a campus-wide celebration featuring a catered soup, salad, and sandwich bar, fun games, and more prizes to go around! 📣 Exciting News! 📣 Country Manor has been nationally recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of the Best Nursing Homes and Best Short-Stay Rehabilitation Facilities for 2026! Out of nearly 15,000 facilities evaluated across the country, Country Manor Health Care & Rehab Center earned a top spot in the Nursing Home category, and Country Manor's Rapid Recovery & Aquatic Center was named a top Short-Stay Rehabilitation Facility in the U.S. Only 7% of facilities nationwide achieved this dual "High Performing" rating—the highest honor. These annual ratings from U.S. News use in-depth analysis to assess key quality measures that matter most to families, including staffing, medical outcomes, resident satisfaction, and more. Country Manor outperformed the state and national average in nearly every category. In Minnesota: ⭐ Of 340 facilities, only 73 earned an overall 5-star rating. ⭐ Just 34 of those received "High Performing" ratings for both short-term rehab and long-term care—and Country Manor is one of them! ⭐ Even more impressive, Country Manor is one of only eight large facilities (121–200 beds) in the state to achieve this dual recognition. Sneak peek from Pinecrest of Country Manor in Brainerd! The campus is starting to take shape, beginning with the clearing of our private drive — Country Manor Way. The long, scenic, tree-lined road will serve as a beautiful entrance to welcome residents, families, and guests to the expansive 54-acre campus. We had a pitch-perfect day at our bean bag toss tournament with the St. Cloud Rox Baseball team! The energy was high, the throws were sharp, and our residents and staff gave the pros a serious run for their money. Huge thanks to the St. Cloud Rox for another unforgettable afternoon of fun, laughter, and friendly competition! 💙

Can you tell how excited our team is about Pinecrest coming to life?! 😄 To celebrate the official groundbreaking of Pinecrest of Country Manor and Kids Crest Childcare & Learning Center, we brought the excitement home—with our very own Pinecrest Pop-Up Station! The traveling display featured architectural renderings, floorplans, and a groundbreaking photo booth complete with gold shovels, hard hats, and safety vests—so our staff and residents could get in on the fun and feel part of the milestone in a personal way. Because this project isn’t just about new buildings—it’s about the people who made it possible. 💛 We’re so proud to include our Country Manor family in the journey as we grow into the Brainerd Lakes Area. We truly couldn't do it without them. Pinecrest is coming Fall 2026, and we can't wait to bring this vision to life—together.
