Anthony has been a dedicated member of our community for nearly 30 years. He currently serves as the Vice President of Housing & Ancillary Services. We are confident that Anthony will continue to guide Country Manor and its facilities with the same commitment and passion he has always demonstrated. He will work closely with the Board of Directors to explore future opportunities that will enhance our mission. The Board also wishes to express their appreciation to the entire Country Manor team for the many ways they have worked to fulfill our mission during these recent challenging days. A glimpse into our 2024 Staff Service Awards. A treasured Country Manor tradition - and a favorite of CEO, Brian Kelm - who never missed the chance to say thank you to the team. This year's ceremony now holds an even deeper significance as it became one of the last celebrations we shared with him before his unexpected passing. One by one, staff were applauded as they accepted their milestone awards, and their supervisors shared messages of gratitude and stories of their time at Country Manor. In addition to leading the ceremony, this year, Brian was also among the award recipients, and honored for his 35 years of dedicated leadership. In what we now cherish as divine timing, it was truly a gift that we were given this final opportunity to celebrate together, and so freely express our appreciation for one another. This video says it all. Brian's deep love for our team and unwavering dedication to Country Manor shines through in every moment. And we are so thankful we have these words to hold on to. To all of this year's award recipients -- it is a privilege to work alongside such exceptional, compassionate individuals. We are truly blessed. This prestigious national recognition was earned amidst strong competition. Newsweek analyzed a total of 12,273 nursing homes across the U.S., evaluating each on five critical criteria: performance data, peer recommendations, management of the COVID-19 situation, resident satisfaction, and accreditations. Out of those 12,000+ facilities analyzed nationwide, Country Manor landed in Minnesota's TOP THREE and in the nation's TOP 5%! What an honor!
