Look at these amazing photos taken by our California-based EMS Technician Austin Carte. He snapped these shots of his service truck next to a docked aircraft carrier while he was on calls for our clients. He was there to check and advise for suspension/chassis noise, a common problem that can cause various knocking, squeaking, or rattling sounds from the vehicle. Austin is one of our many skilled and dedicated technicians who are always ready to provide our clients with the best fleet maintenance and repair services. Thank you, Austin, for your professionalism and passion. And thank you, our valued clients, for choosing Fleet Services by Cox Automotive as your trusted partner.

We think the world of Ruben Rodriguez, aka "Bull", one of our skilled emergency mobile services technicians based in Dallas. He is always ready to hit the road and assist our clients with their fleet maintenance and repair needs. Today, he is running a forced regen on a diesel engine. A forced regen is a process that burns off the soot accumulated in the diesel particulate filter (DPF), which helps reduce emissions and improve performance. Thank you, Ruben, for your hard work and expertise.
On Monday, March 11, Fleet Services by Cox Automotive officially signed an agreement with the U.S. Army’s Partnership for Your Success (PaYS) program in Indianapolis. PaYS is a strategic collaboration between the Army and a cross section of private industry, academia, and state and local public institutes. The Program guarantees Soldiers five job interviews and possible employment after their service in the Army and helps prepare them for a career by connecting them with employers, like Cox, who understand the skills, discipline, and work ethic that military service members bring to a business. The partnership further solidifies Cox’s support and recruitment of veterans into our organization.

Women make up just 3.6% of all auto mechanics. To address this underrepresentation, Cox Automotive Inc. has launched the Women Who Wrench program, a yearlong mentoring program that pairs female technicians with those in leadership roles across the organization. The program is designed to provide female technicians with the training, support, and resources they need to succeed in the automotive industry. By increasing female representation in technical and reconditioning roles, Cox Automotive aims to create a more diverse and inclusive work environment. The Women Who Wrench program will transform the way female technicians thrive, break barriers, and inspire generations to come. The program is also about fostering a sense of camaraderie and sisterhood among women in the company. Often, a woman is the only female in the shop, so having another female mentor helps them feel seen and heard. #coxautomotive #womenwhowrench #fleetservices
