Just returned from the 2025 Cadence Education Directors Conference, and wow—what an unforgettable experience! Attending as part of regional leadership made it especially meaningful. I had the honor of witnessing our incredible directors take it all in—growing, connecting, and showing up with heart. I couldn’t be prouder of the group I get to support every day. A huge shoutout to Nicole from Creative Kids Beekman, who received the COO Award—a reflection of her passion, leadership, and relentless drive to create an outstanding school culture. And to Dila from Creative Kids Kent, who was honored with the 2025 Safety Award—proof of her unwavering commitment to creating safe, nurturing spaces for children and staff. For some, this was their first conference. For others, it was a moment to deepen their journey. But for all of us, it was a reminder of what’s possible when we own the vibe, culture, and pride of our schools. Cadence is truly investing in what matters most—its people. From leadership development to team connection, it’s clear that this company is committed to helping our schools thrive. Proud is an understatement.
