Meet Danielle McQueen, the manager in Crowley Logistics' Traffic and Vessel Operations department in Jacksonville, Fla. She's been impressed by the opportunities within the supply chain industry and at Crowley, which is why she's stayed with us for 18 years. We welcomed students from the Williams-Mystic Program, an ocean and coastal studies program of Williams College and Mystic Seaport Museum, aboard our tug Valor for a tour around San Francisco Bay. We are happy to support the education of these future leaders and provide a unique experience to inspire their interest in maritime.

Since 2017, we’ve had engineering students from the University of Florida partner with us on projects that focus on process improvements or sustainability issues. This semester, we're collaborating with seniors on their final semester project focused on the electrification of terminal equipment. Working together with bright young minds from our other university partners is one way we take our terminal ops into the future and Carry the World. Forward.

We are proud to play a part in decarbonizing the maritime industry through new and innovative technology. With our partners, we are developing and building a charging station at the Port of San Diego for our all-electric tugboat, eWolf. Port and vessel electrification is a key part of our shared strategy for sustainable, decarbonized solutions. Crowley's BRIDGE employee resource group continues its commitment to Englewood High School in Jacksonville, Fla., through our ongoing partnership with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Florida and the Beyond School Walls program. Our latest session focused on financial literacy, and the discussion covered essential topics that will be invaluable and crucial in supporting the students career advancement. By providing mentorship and education on topics like financial literacy, we can help upcoming young talent to navigate the complexities of the financial world and create a path toward financial stability, equity and success.

Congratulations to the Project Caymus team for their continued progress at the Darwin, Australia, facility. Construction continues to move ahead and once completed, the facility will provide 300 million liters of fuel storage and ancillary distribution services to support a free and open INDO-PACIFIC.
