Our teams are empowered to positively impact the communities we serve. During #HispanicHeritageMonth, Crowley's employee resource group, Mi Gente, has celebrated its Hispanic roots by serving others through volunteerism and donations. Salvadoran volunteers helped at La Casa de Retiro Sagrado Corazón, where they spent time with 20 seniors from the Sara Zaldívar Nursing Home. They shared stories, board games, music and lunch. Mi Gente also donated supplies for the nursing home community through employee contributions. #CrowleyCares
After Brett Bennett, our SVP of Logistics spent quality time visiting employees and customers in Honduras, he visited El Salvador to celebrate the opening of our new warehouse. He also took advantage of the time to review accomplishments and strategy with local personnel while getting a debrief on safety and security best practices. He wrapped with a customer dinner and left with a feeling of pride in our wonderful Central American team. We Carry the World. Forward. Move your career forward with us.
