Brandon Harris, Sr. Manager Automated Handling and Systems Engineering, has been with Daifuku for 15 years, starting his journey as an intern in the AS/RS Engineering group. Over the years, he has grown into a leadership role, now overseeing a team of mechanical and controls engineers as well as commissioning technicians, focused on delivering highly automated material handling systems, including AS/RS solutions. Throughout his career, Brandon has contributed to the successful execution of complex projects for customers while continuing to develop as a leader. He was also part of Daifuku’s inaugural Leadership Academy in 2022 an important milestone in his professional journey. His goal is to be a leader who inspires his team to be the best version of themselves, fostering growth, collaboration, and excellence. A unique aspect of Brandon’s background is his time living in Japan for two years, where he learned the language skills he continues to use in his role today.
