Held on December 4-5, 2024, in Bolingbrook, IL, and Hobart, IN, the summit focused on key goals: fostering relationships, enhancing leadership, advancing Project Management, and inspiring confidence in our work at Daifuku Intralogistics America. 💡 A highlight of the event was 23 team members—Project Managers, Senior Managers, and Executive Leaders—delivering passionate, self-chosen leadership talks. Their insights left our team inspired and motivated to take their skills to the next level. We also got creative, solving a 239-phrase Daifuku-themed crossword puzzle that reinforced teamwork and collaboration.
