📢 Have you heard about our new installation quality control app? 👉 We have developed a Cloud-Based Digital Quality Management System. The idea is to improve installation quality and our overall first-pass yield. We can learn from the past with a digital quality program to better prepare for the future. The new tags are now scanned into our punch listing app from our mobile device using the QR code on the tag, helping tie the tag to the item entered onto the punch list. Installers will date and initial the tag when they complete the punch list item. Once the verification is complete, the Site Manager will scan the barcode and close the article. Check it out! ⤵️

Launching SiteDocs within our company was a great way to show our team members that safety is our top priority. 🦺 By using SiteDocs, our site teams are paperless, and it keeps everything documented digitally online. We conduct weekly Site Safety Observation Reports as well as safety toolbox talks. 👷 "What happens on the job site no longer stays on the job site," says Brett Sanderson.

Our colleagues Carmelia Pearson, Dolores Ambs, Barbara Koenig, and Kathy Newton participated in a volunteering event last week! They joined Random Acts of Flowers, a non-profit charity that wants to improve mental health through the power of giving flowers. RAF volunteers collect donated flowers – to recycle and repurpose them into bouquets for delivery to patients in area hospitals, nursing homes, and hospice care centers. The instructor, Lindsay Potter, showed the team how to process the donations and compost the leftovers. The remaining flowers are then put into arrangements and delivered all over the Indianapolis area to hospitals, assisted living communities, nursing homes and other healthcare facilities. The #DaifukuTeam processed hundreds of flowers donated to the Random Acts of Flowers organization. Moreover, our Indy office staff was able to donate 40 vases from the month-long vase drive. A big thanks to everyone who participated.

"Daifuku-Wynright did a great job with project management. They had a wonderful construction crew and the communication between all of the people involved, as difficult as it was because of sheer logistics, was incredibly impressive. They have been absolutely terrific to work with." Paul Galliher, SVP of Global Distribution.
