Progress happens when smart people come together with a shared purpose. Last month, DFR and DIIC proudly hosted the second annual Dover Innovation Summit at our headquarters in Conyers, GA. We welcomed 25+ team members and industry experts for two days of collaboration, idea-sharing and future-focused thinking. Keynotes from Eduardo Navarro de Andrade and Stanford Professor Arun Majumdar set the tone for discussions on topics like the hydrogen economy, sustainable energy and customer-focused innovation management. “This Summit brings together some of the brightest minds in Dover and our industry to define the future of innovation for our company,” said Neel Gupte, Ph.D., VP of Engineering at DFR. The conversations that happened here won’t stay in the room. They’ll shape how we solve problems, serve customers and move the entire organization forward!
While in India, our leadership team inaugurated our new CO2 Lab in Jigani and hosted a town hall to share the strategy and vision for the year ahead. We’re proud of our team’s work in making the CO2 Lab a state-of-the-art facility, and even more excited about the future we are building with sustainable refrigeration technology!
Our senior leadership team recently traveled to Bangalore to visit the Dover India Innovation Center (DIIC) and its ISO-certified lab. Paul Sindoni, Tuck Tucker, Eduardo Navarro de Andrade and Neel Gupte, Ph.D. met with DIIC leaders for a full walk-through of the facility and meaningful discussions about strategy, collaboration and shared goals to continue bettering the business this year. We're proud to build on this momentum together!
