Masie Hartt was inspired to become an engineer after going to a “Women in STEM” event at her middle school. Now, that interest has turned into a career for Masie, who creates foundation designs and civil work for transmission line projects and even collaborates with our drone team to inspect lines. “My favorite part of my job is going out into the field and seeing the projects I’ve helped work on come to life in construction.”

Raised by a family of engineers, Liz Hall was inspired by creative problem-solving at an early age. As a member of our transmission engineering team, Liz channeled her passion into developing our drone engineering program to enhance reliability for our customers. “I love to work with people to find safe solutions and create efficiencies in tasks through the use of drones.”

Since learning automotive repair from his uncle and competing on his high school Robotics team, Sondy Jean knew he wanted to be an engineer. After serving as a customer service engineer for eight years helping our customers to connect their homes and businesses to our electric system, Sondy joined our Transmission Engineering team in 2019 to help design the clean energy grid of the future. “I take pride in knowing that my work to help deliver reliable power is positively impacting people’s lives.
