Exact Sciences was at the White House last month to support the Cancer Moonshot call to action on cancer screenings. The Moonshot’s aim is to reduce the cancer death rate by at least 50% over the next 25 years and ensure that all Americans equitably benefit from the tools we have to prevent, detect, and diagnose cancer. This is a monumental challenge, bigger than any one organization can accomplish alone. Today's meeting brought together industry, advocacy and government representatives to discuss new ways of partnering to take on colorectal cancer. This is only the beginning. Thank you to Fight Colorectal Cancer for leading this effort and to all the leaders who took part: American Cancer Society Cancer Action Network (ACS CAN), American Gastroenterological Association (AGA), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Epigenomics AG, Freenome, Geneoscopy, Guardant Health, Komodo Health, Medtronic, Natera, Prevent Cancer Foundation. We are committed to doing our part to help achieve the Moonshot's goal and look forward to the work ahead.
