Innovation Week at Fetch is a time for our teams to step away from the day-to-day, build bold ideas, and explore what's next with AI. As we look ahead, we believe the most impactful AI will understand real purchase behavior. That's the thinking behind the Fetch AI Intelligence Layer: a foundation for more relevant rewards, stronger brand partnerships, and AI-powered experiences that help people live rewarded. We also celebrated through interactive games, crafts, and a lively Double Dutch class—honoring culture, fostering connection, and embracing the joy that makes our communities stronger. hashtag#Juneteenth hashtag#FreedomDay
A campaign can drive a purchase. But can it create a lasting customer? New research from Fetch x Bain & Company found that rewards influence the behaviors that build valuable customers. ▪️ CPG rewards delivered a net return of 7.2x spending and a 20.7% sales uplift over one year. ▪️ For retailers, rewards drove an 8.4% sales lift over one year, powered by an 11% increase in shopping frequency.
