Across our offices this holiday season, teams gathered for a variety of celebrations, including games, gift exchanges, festive fun, meals, and truly impressive ugly sweaters. These moments of connection are what make our culture strong and our work even better. Thank you to our employees for making Fisher a great place to be, all year long.
Our Rochester, NY office delivered our holiday gifts to The Child Advocacy Center of Greater Rochester. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support the important work they do for children and families in our community. The Child Advocacy Center provides a safe, compassionate space where children who have experienced abuse can begin their healing journey. We’re honored to contribute to their mission and to help bring a little extra brightness to the holiday season.

We also announced the winners of our Fall Field Photo Contest. Congratulations to this year’s category winners: • Best Sunrise or Sunset: Tristen Peterson • Most Interesting Situation: Dominic Tronetti • Most Unusual Fossil, Bones, or Carcass: Brandon Anderson • Wild Animal Encounters: Kent Lewis Thank you to everyone who submitted photos and to our entire field team for the incredible work you do every day. We could not do it without you.
Our Rochester, Syracuse, Sugarland, Albany, Buffalo and Ithaca offices kicked off the season with our First Annual Friendsgiving. It was a chance to slow down, share great food and connect with colleagues across the company. Teams gathered for potluck lunches, a virtual Pictionary competition hosted by our Ithaca office and plenty of laughs. In the spirit of giving, offices also collected non-perishable food items to support local communities during the holiday season. Events like these reflect what makes Fisher special. We bring people together, support one another and strengthen the communities we serve. Happy Friendsgiving from all of us at Fisher Associates!
We are proud to share that Fisher Associates ranked 79th on the 2025 Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce Top 100 List, which recognizes the fastest-growing privately-held companies in the Greater Rochester/Finger Lakes region. This marks our 11th time earning a place on this list, and while we’re honored by the recognition, our growth has always been about more than numbers. It reflects our ongoing commitment to creating opportunities for our people, continually challenging ourselves to better serve our clients’ evolving needs, and adapting to changing markets to ensure Fisher remains a strong, sustainable company for the long term. We had a wonderful time celebrating last night at the awards event alongside so many inspiring fellow honorees. It was an energizing reminder of the innovative spirit and collaboration that drive our region forward. We also took time to celebrate together in the Rochester office, recognizing the people who make this success possible. Thank you to our incredible team, clients, and partners who make this growth possible. Together, we’re shaping a future built on collaboration, innovation, and shared success.
Fisher Associates is proud to support the Meals on Wheels America's Warmest Wishes Program in Rochester. This week, our team gathered several boxes of non-perishable food items, helping bring comfort and care to older adults in our community during the holiday season. Each December, Meals on Wheels delivers Warmest Wishes bags as a heartfelt reminder that our community cares and that no one is forgotten. We’re grateful for the opportunity to contribute to this meaningful tradition and help brighten the season for our neighbors. We’re honored to play a small part in strengthening the communities we serve — today and throughout the year.
This past weekend, Fisher Associates team members and their families rolled up their sleeves alongside Sleep in Heavenly Peace in Rochester, NY to build and assemble beds for children in need. Knowing that these beds will provide kids with the simple comfort of a warm, safe place to sleep – something every child deserves – made the day especially meaningful. A heartfelt thank you to our Community Impact Community for organizing this wonderful event and inspiring us to live our Core Purpose of improving quality of life beyond the professional work we do every day.
At Fisher Associates, we believe the best solutions start with understanding our clients’ needs and working side-by-side to meet them. That partnership is what guided our work on the Conlon Road Culvert Replacement in the Town of Lansing, NY. Did you know that precast concrete culvert boxes not only speed up installation but can also deliver a stronger, longer-lasting solution with less maintenance over time? Here, crews are installing new precast boxes to replace a failed steel pipe – creating a structure designed for a 75-year service life. Fisher Associates supported the project with design, construction oversight, and inspection services to ensure it provides lasting value for the community.
Behind every project at Fisher Associates is a team of people who care. We recently gathered our Rochester office for a quick photo, a simple but powerful reminder that it’s our people who make Fisher what it is. Their talent, collaboration, and dedication are what drive our success and the impact we have in the communities we serve. If you’re looking for more than just a job, if you want to be part of a team where your contributions matter and your growth is supported, we’d love to hear from you.
