When we all play our parts, we make a difference together. Fortera Credit Union had 84% employee participation in the 2018-2019 United Way Campaign benefiting the Clarksville and Pennyrile communities. As a whole, Fortera employees raised $35,458.36, up nearly 17% from last year! This level of caring and community involvement truly embodies our We Serve core value and Fortera's commitment to the Clarksville and Pennyrile communities.
It was cold and a bit windy, but the sun was shining as Fortera hosted its bi-annual shred day! People are encouraged to bring their sensitive documents to one of Fortera's shred locations to help fight identity theft. Fortera employees served 283 people for their shredding needs!

Each year, APSU Athletics teams compete against each other in Athletics, Academics, Student-Athlete Development, and Community Service excellence. This year’s winners are 1st Place – Volleyball, 2nd Place – Women’s Track & Field, 3rd Place – Football. Congrats to all the winners!
Please join us in welcoming the newest little Fortera “Branch” in our local YMCA. We teamed up with the Clarksville Area YMCA to create Teeny Town in their Y-Play area. Fortera joined two other local businesses to create a mini village experience for children and families to enjoy. You can go by the Y anytime to get a tour of the facility and see the new Fortera “Branch.”
Fortera Credit Union was a proud sponsor of the APSU Glow in the Dark Lip Sync Battle. The purpose of the event was for students to have fun and enjoy themselves during finals week. Students came out to perform a song of their choice to win a grand prize.
