Celebrating 7 Years with Heather Robinson - the General Manager at Rock Hill, MO! We’re excited to celebrate a very special milestone: Heather is marking her 7-year anniversary at FOSS! 🎉 From the very beginning of her journey to today, Heather has been an incredible leader, teammate, and advocate for families and swimmers. Favorite FOSS tradition or memory? My favorite memory would have to be the Lightbulb Awards. They’re such a blast and a great chance to celebrate our teams & their accomplishments from the year. I have an amazing team—celebrating them is easy & so well deserved! Most rewarding moment? Heather treasures the moments when parents share videos of their kids applying FOSS skills at the pool or lake. She also finds deep meaning in working with special needs students & their families: “Making those connections means the world to me. Being able to give them a safe, inclusive space to learn life-saving skills is wonderful. What has FOSS taught you? Leadership, teamwork, & respect stand out most. Heather says, “Being a strong leader means leading with respect, open communication, collaboration, and understanding. My team makes my job easier.
