We are proud to help provide more than two million meals to families impacted by the economic consequences of COVID-19 by partnering with food banks on the West Coast, and in Louisiana and Alabama. https://lnkd.in/gjJBN7U #WeAreFosterFarms
The Foster Farms “Homeplace”. Built in the 1940’s, was Max and Verda’s home. Max built the first bird house and hatchery here to help pay for the land. Verda was the first Hatchery Manager. #wearefosterfarms #theamericandream #wefosteryourfuture
Foster Farms joins our nation as we respond to the challenge of Coronavirus (COVID-19). We recognize that we have a special responsibility to the millions of families that depend on our poultry products to meet their daily nutritional needs, and are working around the clock to restock shelves. We could not do this without the dedication and commitment of our employees, to whom we are grateful. From all of us at Foster Farms, please be safe. #wearefosterfarms #everydayheros

This week, we kicked off our annual West Coast Thanksgiving turkey donations program. Working with local food banks from San Diego to Seattle, we will deliver enough turkey to help make a Thanksgiving dinner possible for more than 100,000 people in need. Foster Farms formally began its Thanksgiving turkey donation program in 2008 and, since that time, has provided assistance to more than one million West Coast residents. Join us in the fight against hunger and to donate to your local food bank. Learn more: http://glassdoor.com/slink.htm?key=vMHIF

This fall, softball teams from different divisions battled weekly, but only one could take the title of Champion... Congratulations to our Deli team, The Deli Dominators, 2019 Foster Farms Softball League champions!
We’re celebrating our 80th Anniversary! In 1939, Max and Verda Foster started it all, with a clutch of eggs at the back of their farmhouse in Modesto, California. First, they became popular with the neighbors. And then throughout Northern California. Foster Farms has grown from Max and Verda’s small family farm, over four Foster family generations, to currently employing over 11,500 people across the United States. Today, Foster Farms remains a family-owned and managed company that would make Max and Verda proud. #SimplyBetter #FosterFarms #FamilyFarm #Proud

Being a good neighbor is very important here at Foster Farms! Proud of our HR team members who last week donated time to the Merced County Food Bank. The MCFB’s mission is to improve the health and well-being of Merced & Mariposa County residents affected by hunger; through the acquisition, storage, and distribution of nutritious food. During the new year we will continue to find ways we can give back to our local communities!
