GEI’s Tom Daigle will be presenting on NAPL Mobility in Sediments – Case Studies for Evaluating Mobility and Risk on Thursday October 22nd as part of the 36th Annual International Conference on Soils, Sediments, Water, and Energy. The conference is being held virtually from Monday, October 19th through Friday, October 23rd. GEI also has a Virtual Tradeshow Booth where nearly a dozen experts will participate in "Zoom Room" networking opportunities over the course of the week.

GEI will be virtually attending and presenting at the Great Lakes Virtual PFAS Summit presented by the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy on October 26-30th. Faith Zangl-Wiese, P.E., P.G. will be a featured speaker, discussing PFAS partitioning between pulp and paper wastewater residuals and surface/groundwater.

GEI was recently awarded the 2020 Nicholas Humber Award for Outstanding Collaboration for the Little Bay Submarine Cable Crossing project in New Hampshire. The Seacoast Reliability Project (SRP) consists of installation of 13-miles of new overhead, underground, and underwater 115-kV electric transmission cable. Learn more about the project
