The Concert Choir at Great Hearts Anthem wrapped up the semester with a festive holiday favorite - caroling! The choir has also participated in various community events over the years, and this year, they were honored to perform at Pioneer Village's Winter Wonderland event. Led by music teacher, Karli Anderson, these students work hard year-round to balance academics with their passion for the arts.

For the faculty at Archway Trivium and Trivium Prep, the final week before winter break is one of the busiest and most demanding times of the year. To cap off the whirlwind of grading, planning, and student events, the campus community comes together for a much-needed way to blow off some steam. This is where the Annual Faculty Gingerbread House Contest comes in. This is the 10th year the academy has held this faculty event, and it proved once again to be a highlight of the holiday season for them.

Before heading out to winter break for some much-needed rest and time with family, the scholars and faculty at Great Hearts Harveston in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, enjoyed their second annual “Hot Cocoa with the Head of School.”

A heartfelt initiative is underway thanks to the inspiring efforts of some amazing siblings who are scholars at Archway Glendale and Glendale Prep. "Three Sisters Give" is a nonprofit organization founded by the Hunter sisters, Maia, Laney, and Carson. Through their Brave Gowns Drive, the sisters aim to provide comfort, literally, and joy to young patients at Phoenix Children's by providing colorful and fun hospital gowns to the hospital.

Jerilyn Olson, the Chief People Officer of Great Hearts, will be a presenter at the upcoming 2025 National Symposium for Classical Education at the Mission Palms Hotel in Tempe, Arizona, on February 19-21, 2025. As part of the Leadership Track, Olson’s workshop is titled “People Leadership: Leading with Influence,” where she will share how you can lead with influence, especially when you are given the task, but not the title.
