This course helps prepare our staff to take on the responsibilities that are required of a project manager. Led by our Chief Operating Officer, Joseph Mottola, the course is designed to equip new managers with the skills they need to succeed and the understanding of H2M policies and project management procedures from initial planning to closeout.
