Many of humankind's greatest achievements have been born during the most challenging times. At H2M architects + engineers, we launched our Women's Initiative during a global pandemic and our women leaders have taken charge of the direction and continue to push forward in the face of adversity. COVID-19 created an opportunity to engage our entire company as we facilitate this initiative 100% virtually. After our kickoff on April 7th, 2020, we laid a foundation and structure for the program that detailed four distinct committees that would drive an organic program forward. The ideas, decisions and direction come from the women in the organization and yesterday H2M nominated four extraordinary women. Session three is scheduled for August and this group and others selected to represent their office will bring to life a vision, mission and committee directions. #h2m #womensinitiative #architects #engineers

Pierina is an Adminstrative Support Professional supporting both the H2M architects + engineers' Westchester Office and Marketing Department. Pierina says what she loves most at H2M is the diversity in her day to day role. She says that searching for RFPs that we choose to pursue and eventually win gives her a sense of pride that she is involved in helping the company grow.
