Get the inside scoop of one of our Learning and Engagement Programs, PM Academy. This week, project engineers from across the company gathered in Downtown Philadelphia. PM Academy is a program designed for Project Engineers across the company to introduce and reinforce critical soft and technical skills. The curriculum includes the entire lifecycle of a project, including Change Management, Risk & Contract Terms, Scheduling, Labor Productivity, Baseline Meetings, and Cash Management. In addition, the course content also emphasizes a PM’s need for emotional intelligence, active listening/action learning, decision-making, and engaging with organizational strategy and company direction. Food security has become a pressing concern for many households, especially as the holiday season approaches. To help address this, Limbach leaders Melissa DiMuro and Jayme Brooks rallied the team to give back. Together, we successfully assembled more than 1,000 food boxes to aid those impacted by Hurricane Idalia.
