Since stepping up as a new leader 6 months ago, he's worked on helping his unit succeed at becoming a high functioning part of The Valley Health System. "Everybody works together, we are like a family, we hold each other accountable, and it is one of the friendliest places I have ever worked." #LifeAtVHS

Growing up in Henderson inspired Danielle Gillespie, RN, to join the hospital after graduating and be part of our vision and values. While at an Aviators baseball game, she noticed a man on the ground and after approaching him she recognized he didn't have a pulse. With the help of an off duty paramedic and a firefighter, they were able to restore his pulse and get him to Summerlin Hospital. We're so proud of Danielle's incredible work! #LifeAtVHS
