🏳️🌈 I’ve been fortunate enough to have a long career and watch the world around me shift and change. While I’ve seen inequality and injustice, I’ve also seen great progress—both in society at large and in the world of work—to become more diverse and open to all people. Although not yet perfect, step by step, we’ve grown. As a leader of my own company HiBob 🏳️🌈 I feel the positive impact of diverse voices, perspectives, and experiences daily. Whether that’s speaking with customers in different countries or in meetings with our very own Bobbers, I am inspired to do more and make the world a better, more accepting place for all people. What I’ve learned, which should come as no surprise, is that we need to always focus on the needs of our people. Sometimes, we have to put aside our own discomfort to make others comfortable. Sometimes, we must consider another perspective different from our own with open minds and hearts. When we do this, we’re working towards the ultimate goal of complete inclusivity and belonging. Providing a #CompanyCulture where all our people can feel free to come to work as their whole, authentic selves is the first step, but not the only step, in making sure our people's #Wellbeing is being taken care of. We're changing our logo because now, more than ever, it's important to make sure #Pride support is visible. Be loud. Be authentic. Be YOU.

Wow, I can't believe I'm celebrating 5 whole years at HiBob! What a journey! Joining as an AE back in 2018, progressing to Senior AE, and now Sales Manager since the start of 2022. I'm very proud to be a part of a platform that is disrupting the HR space globally. Big thank you to Edward Kyei for your initial belief in hiring me back in 2018, and our CRO Paul Zeiter for your continued mentorship and coaching. But, as a company, it's important to us that our #people be able to fully unplug so that they can recharge.
