Two acclaimed Texas chefs will open new restaurant concepts in The Woodlands in 2026, through individual joint ventures with Howard Hughes. Charolais by Chef Austin Simmons® and Bar Bludorn® The Woodlands by Chef Aaron Bludorn reflect a continued evolution into a community offering the kind of culinary depth typically found in major urban markets. These chef-driven establishments will join a growing slate of refined experiences that complement the community’s luxury residential growth, including The Ritz-Carlton Residences, The Woodlands, and 1 Riva Row.
