Behind every milestone are the people who make it possible. Our University Park (IL) team celebrated reaching 6,000 days without an OSHA recordable — a testament to the commitment, accountability, and teamwork of every employee on site. At Hydrite, safety is a core value embedded in everything we do across every location. We were proud to celebrate this team as a powerful example of safety in action! “I couldn’t be more proud of our team. This milestone reflects their commitment to safety and to each other, and it’s something worth celebrating.” - University Park Plant Manager James Peterson

Community impact looks different at every Hydrite location, but the heart behind it stays the same. This spring, our teams continued to show what Hydrite Helps is all about: ✈️ In Cottage Grove, Hydrite Director of Technology - Organics John Winter continued a heartfelt tradition with Special Spaces, taking Finn on a special flight over his house, school, and the Capitol before spending time exploring the hangar and planes. 🎉 In Oshkosh, employees volunteered at the Oshkosh School District CARE Days celebration, serving lunch and supporting activities for students and families throughout the event. 🌱 Our Central Engineering team partnered with SHARP Literacy, Inc. and local students for a hands-on volunteer day focused on learning, gardening, and improving outdoor spaces. From creating memorable experiences to supporting students and strengthening local communities, we’re proud of the employees who continue to make an impact beyond the workplace.
