The morning kicked off with an empowering keynote session, "Well-Being and Well-Becoming: Creating the Future of Work Communities," delivered by the inspiring Angela Mangiapane, President of Mars Global Services. In a world evolving with flexible hours, hybrid models, and technology-driven #workplaces, Angela prompted us to reflect on preserving the human element at the heart of everything we do.
An undeniable perk of working in our industry is the chance to travel and spend time onsite at events. Especially in today’s hybrid world of work, it’s a fantastic opportunity to dust off those networking skills, meet inspiring business leaders, learn new things and spend much needed facetime with colleagues. Working onsite can absolutely mean long days and sore feet, but without a doubt, it’s still the part of the job that all of our people value the most. This year, we walked to Grand Central Station and joined the #EmbraceEquity movement to advocate for gender equity and to support and empower women to reach their full potential. We are proud to stand with the incredible women in our team and to continue our efforts towards a more inclusive world!
Here at SSON, we started the 2023 Year is style. We were thrilled to see our Tampa & New York Team come together to discuss key strategy and action plans for the year ahead and to celebrate the beginning of a new year. So grateful for the opportunity to bring everyone together physically and spend time with our Team both in and outside of the office. If today was anything to go by, it's going to be a fantastic year ahead.

Now just add another 21.3 years onto that number and you have Anita, Global Finance Director, SSON. This year celebrated Anita’s 25th year with the IQPC Group. Smart, forward thinking, ridiculously hard working and with incredible business acumen, Anita is one of our very best,. She’s also an incredible team player and an absolute bedrock of the company culture. At IQPC, we LOVE celebrating our people! Each month we award the 5 employees who have best represented one of our IQPC core values: Passionate, Collaborative, Determined, Agile & Innovative. The winner of this month’s “Most Collaborative” award goes to our Sponsorship Marketing Manager, Max, who hails from the land-down-under and has been affectionately nicknamed, Crocodile Dundee :) He surpassed his Q1 targets by an impressive 15% due in a large part to his ability to build strong relationships and collaborate successfully with his sales and marketing colleagues.
