“You don't have to look very far to progress here. It doesn't have to seem so far away for your career growth. I started in 2018, and two years later, I was transitioning to a management role,” says Stephanie Cellarius, Quality Manager at our Kiel facility.
On CNN: With CEO Beth Ford at the helm, Land O'Lakes, Inc. is investing in sustainability and rural vitality. “The concern sometimes that I have is that there isn’t an understanding of what is required in the food system, the interconnected nature, the fact that we all need to focus on this,” says Beth Ford. “This isn’t a rural/urban issue, this is an American issue. This is important to all of us.”
“If you would have asked me in college about working for a company that makes butter, I wouldn’t have taken you seriously,” says Kentalé Morris Sr., Director of Commercial Sales. Twenty years on, Kentalé is still here, leading a team that sells dairy products nationally. But the most important thing to know about Kentalé is that he leads with a mentorship mindset in all he does at Land O'Lakes, Inc. and in the community.
