It's safe to say our 2020 Summer Interns had an experience unlike any other group before them. We welcomed 57 interns this summer virtually and in-person across many departments at LII where they had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and explore opportunities within the HVAC industry. A happily married father of four who has dedicated his life to protecting and serving his community, Stephen has been a police officer in Midland, TX since 2007. Over the course of that time, he?s been promoted to sergeant and serves a critical role as a field training officer. When their community was shaken by the threat of an active shooter, he was quick to join the front lines to ensure the safest possible outcome.
