That’s why we’re excited to announce an increased commitment to charitable giving with the launch of the LII Lennox Foundation. Employees will be able to partner with the Foundation for causes that matter to them. The Foundation offers matching donations, foundation grants and volunteer grants, providing giving opportunities for every employee. We also offer eligible employees paid time off to volunteer each year, and volunteer activities at qualified charities are eligible for volunteer grants per hour volunteered. “We are a brand that cares for our people and our planet,” said Betty Ungerman, president of the Foundation. “The LII Lennox Foundation is a tangible way to live our Guiding Behaviors and give back to the communities where we live and work."
