#HeartsandMinds Safety Moment: During a routine walkthrough with our partners, New England's Safety Director Nick Gagliolo, MS, saw an opportunity to increase safety on the job. The mechanical room's equipment was louder than anticipated, triggering memories of discussions about veteran tradespeople who have hearing loss due to years without proper protection. Nick spearheaded the installation of five hearing stations strategically placed at doorways and elevator shafts, with plans for five more: no extra cost, no compromises. Safeguarding our team's and partner's Hearts and Minds is non-negotiable.
