Mechanical systems are the heart of healthcare, laboratory, and research facilities; the overall responsibility for these systems is to preserve their life-saving work. At Limbach, we grasp the significance of these systems – from space requirements to temperature control. Pictured here is one of the mechanical penthouses for a 7-story research facility that our VP of Design Services, Ron Turner, P.E., designed and our local Ohio team installed. As the design-assist partner, our team was responsible for the mechanical design review, estimate, coordination, prefabrication, and installation.
