This week our LEAD level 3 cohort met in Washington DC to kick off their year-long training program. In just 2 days, our team embraced the Leader as a Lighthouse, exploring topics such as identifying and acting on core values, leading with emotional intelligence and an introduction to strategic and systems thinking. Within this program, our leaders will be working towards their capstone project of developing a compelling business case for a new venture within our company, providing them with an opportunity to make a positive change within our organization.
