Next up on our International Women in Engineering Day Spotlight is our Mid-Atlantic Vice President of Sales, Alison Shea, CEM. Growing up, Alison’s father owned a company related to construction and gained early exposure to the “building” process. So when it came to choosing a major in college, studying mechanical engineering was a very obvious choice for her. Since obtaining her degree, Alison has used her engineering background in various roles such as a Controls Technician, Consulting Engineer, Energy Manager, Director of Facilities, and now in her current role, VP of Sales. Alison is a prime example of all the different career opportunities for women pursuing an engineering degree!
