Talking about shoes and connecting with customers was a role that quickly sparked a lifelong passion. As she moved through different store positions and wrapped up college, she set her sights on HR, joining the Sales Executive Development Program and soon after launching her HR career as a recruiter. Over 28 positions later, now as a Principal of Organizational Effectiveness, she’s built a career path in HR grounded in growth, relationships, and saying yes to opportunity. By learning the ground floor, she didn't just move boxes—she moved her career forward. In nine months, she rose to Dept Lead in Customer Care, then Operations Manager across Receiving and Delivery. She even helped launch our Lathrop site as a Core Trainer. Today, she leads multiple teams in Lathrop and champions her community through local food banks and schools.
