Marvin recently joined together with community and business leaders in Grafton, N.D., to host a ceremony and reception to celebrate the groundbreaking of the Northern Point Apartments project. These two buildings, scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2025, will bring 72 much-needed new housing units to Grafton, aiding not only Marvin employees, but area residents as well. We're hopeful that the success of this project will encourage future development and support the growth goals of this vibrant community. We’d like to thank the many partners that went into making this very important project possible, including Mayor Chris West, MAK Construction LLC, Minnkota Power Cooperative, the Bank of North Dakota and its R-WISH program, and Choice Bank. Here’s to many more years of long-term success and ongoing partnership between Marvin and the people of Grafton!
