Meridian Services, Program Manager/Woodridge. ⭐How long have you been with the company? November of 2018, almost 3 years. ⭐What motivates you to get up and go to work? Just knowing that what we do is making a difference in people's lives is all the motivation I need. ⭐How has your career grown since starting with the company? I have taken the leap to become a manager. Who knows what's next. ⭐What has been your favorite thing that you have done at your job? My favorite thing is making the boys we support smile.

On July 15th, Meridian Services hosted a backyard barbecue for all of our persons served! There was delicious food, bingo, a DJ, bean bags, a balloon artist, and lots of prizes! Over 100 people attended, and everyone had a great time catching up with one another!

Morning Sun Financial Services as the Payroll Director. ⭐ What is a typical day like for you? Typically, I am learning the specific payroll processes for each Morning Sun company. I have also had the opportunity to work on the setup and implementation of newly acquired contracts. It is exciting to be able to be part of the important work of supporting participants and their staff. ⭐ How has your career grown since starting with the company? I have had the opportunity to learn about services and payroll law in multiple states and expand my knowledge of new systems. Previously, the scope of my experience was only in MN. ⭐ What is something on your bucket list you hope to do someday? Travel to islands in the South Pacific. ⭐ What is your all-time favorite food? Spaghetti.
