We want all our Morgan family to bring their whole and authentic self to work and PRISM@Morgan is one of the ways we are supporting our LQBTQ+ colleagues.

Focused on sustainability the team chose 'How to protect Mother Earth?' as the theme for 2022, helping to increase awareness of caring for our planet for even the youngest children. What a creative bunch as many beautiful drawings were submitted to the competition; making it hard to choose the winners! Take a look at a few of the fantastic entries, from the next generation who will protect our planet.

To support leaders with safety improvements, our Group Director, Environment, Health, Safety and Sustainability Lori is sharing her top 5 safety tips: 1. Make time in your daily schedule to work on building trust by communicating with your team. Create a safety dialogue. 2. Encourage peer to peer feedback to help build confidence in your team in recognising safe acts and correcting unsafe acts. 3. Be visible. There is often a gap between work as done versus work as we imagine. 4. Get involved in incident management and do not underestimate the value of bringing a larger investigation team into the root cause analysis process. 5. Remember to verify the effectiveness of any corrective actions periodically and ensure these corrective actions are sustained.
